ServiceNow
Currently, I'm the Sr. Director - Now on Now Program. ServiceNow's Program where we document and tell the stories of how we're successful running a $100B company on our own technology.
Prior to my current role I was a Principal Executive Architect on the Inspire team. This team worked with our most strategic customers building comprehensive Digital Transformation strategies, tying those strategies to potential business value, and then mapping out a roadmap to achieve those business outcomes.
I've also been the Regional Manager - Customer Success for the Americas West and Partners. Where I led a team that helped our customers fully realize the value of the ServiceNow platform and achieve their business outcomes.
I started my career at ServiceNow as an Evangelist in the Chief Innovation Office, where I spent my time hosting companies in our Executive Briefing Center and discussing Strategy and Vision of the ServiceNow platform around the country at Customer sites, Events, and Conferences.
